Why We Exist

About Us

Camp at Old Mill is now owned and operated by County Corrections Gospel  Mission with the main purpose of reaching inner-city, at-risk youth with the  Gospel of Jesus Christ. Working with churches and organizations, the Old Mill  staff and facilities are dedicated to bringing youth into a relationship with Christ through summer camping programs, kid’s clubs and other year-round activities.

The Camp

The camp facilities, situated on the banks of the west branch of the Brandywine River, are also suitable and available to churches, corporations, organizations, groups and even families for a wide variety of activities. Ideal for reunions, retreats, picnics, board meetings, baptisms, home school co-op gatherings and team-building sessions, Camp at Old Mill is the perfect venue for your next meeting.

You can read the testimonies of leaders or view the list of some of the many “return-customers” who have used Camp at Old Mill in the past.

See our Calendar for availability of the camp site. Despite showing that the camp may be in use on a specific day, the primary group may not necessarily be using all the buildings and facilities and it may therefor be worthwhile to enquirer if you only need one building.
