In 1933, thirteen men formed the Old Mill Bible Conference Association. They desired to see lives change through the teaching of God’s Word. Their goal was met with summer camps and Bible conferences held at Old Mill lasting into the early 1980’s. In the fall of 1992, County Corrections Gospel Mission was blessed with the resources to purchase the 18-acre camp.
Over the past 20 years we have seen a 100% percent renovation of the original facility and the addition of 8-acres including the Hostess House, Carriage House and beautiful 18th Century Barn. We have seen the Lord’s faithfulness and now, almost 80 years later,
Camp at Old Mill is now owned and operated by County Corrections Gospel Mission with the main purpose of reaching inner-city, at-risk youth with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Working with churches and organizations, the Old Mill staff and facilities are dedicated to bringing youth into a relationship with Christ through summer camping programs, kid’s clubs and other year-round activities.
The Camp at Old Mill is used throughout the year for different types of activities but during the summer months we present camps for inner-city children. They are usually not in a position to pay the full camp fees. This creates opportunities for you to be a partner with us in this ministry. Help us prepare for this event, even now…
During the summer months we need…

Almost from the start of our time there in 1995, we knew the Camp at Old Mill would be much more than a retreat center or base for ministry. County Corrections Gospel Mission and the team at Camp at Old Mill have become real partners in the work of the Lord, and after almost 20 years of involvement together, we have come to deeply appreciate the unique relationship. We’ve seen so much fruit from our youth group’s involvement it would be hard to tell. And we’ve also come to appreciate the growing, fruit bearing ministry they have in the city of Coatesville itself. We heartily recommend them to anyone seeking to do real work for the Lord and also see Him work in the young people you bring to do the work

For now we really live since you are standing firm in the Lord” 1 Thessalonians 3:8 “Just the mention of Camp at Old Mill brings light and smiles on the streets of Sunset Park, Brooklyn, throughout the year! Pastor Jack Crans, his wife Sue and the entire team of County Corrections Gospel mission have helped change lives through our partnership since 1992. The Camp is a sanctuary where the Spirit of God reaches our kids from New York City in a powerful way. It is a fun, safe, clean and accessible place for which we give thanks to our Father in Heaven!”
